Personal computer, 1984, Apple. The Apple IIc ("compact") is the portable version of the IIe, introduced in April 1984: a complete Apple II with built-in 5.25" drive and keyboard in a small case with a carrying handle, designed by Frog Design in the Snow White style, without expansion slots.
