Epson Ram Disk Unit 120 for PX-8

RAM disk unit, 1984, Epson. The Ram Disk Unit is a battery-backed 120 KB memory module that attaches under the Epson PX-8 Geneva portable and appears to CP/M as a fast disk drive, replacing the slow microcassette of the computer for programs and data. The PX-8 was one of the first laptops with a full CP/M system in ROM, and this unit was the usual first expansion.
