Memory expansion, 1983, Mattel Electronics. The 4K Memory Cartridge plugs into the cartridge slot of the Aquarius or into the Mini Expander and adds 4 KB of RAM to the 4 KB of the computer, which was needed by most programs written in BASIC. A 16 KB version was also available.
