Personal computer, 1983, Tandy. The TRS-80 Model 4 is the last of the Z80-based TRS-80 line, an all-in-one machine in a white case that runs the Model III software in compatibility mode and, in its own mode, offers a faster 4 MHz processor, 64 or 128 KB of RAM and an 80 x 24 display, enough to run CP/M and the TRSDOS 6 operating system with its own BASIC. It was sold until 1991 in desktop and later portable (4P) and gate-array (4D) versions.
