Home computer, 1982, Multitech. The Micro-Professor II is an Apple II clone from the Taiwanese company Multitech, later renamed Acer. Unlike other clones it does not copy the Apple case: it is a small slab with a chiclet keyboard on the lower half, a cartridge slot for the BASIC ROM and a lower price, and it was sold in Europe with a full-sized external keyboard as an option. It runs most Apple II software, with a Chinese BASIC version for the home market.
