RAM expansion, 1986, Commodore. The 1764 RAM Expansion Unit is the version for the Commodore 64, with 256 KB and a DMA controller; because the standard C64 power supply could not feed it, it was sold together with a heavy-duty power supply. It is required by GEOS to be really usable.
