Home computer, 1986, Amstrad. The ZX Spectrum +2 was the first Spectrum made by Amstrad after it bought the Sinclair computer business in April 1986: a Spectrum 128 in a new grey case with a proper keyboard, a built-in cassette recorder (the "Datacorder") and two joystick ports, following the recipe of Amstrad's own CPC 464. It kept full compatibility with the enormous Spectrum software library and sold in large numbers in the United Kingdom and Spain.
