Video digitizer, 1986, NewTek. DigiView is the colour video digitizer that made NewTek famous before the Video Toaster: a small box on the parallel port of the Amiga that captures a still image from a video camera or VCR in three passes through red, green and blue filters (a colour wheel was supplied for the black and white camera), producing 4096 colour HAM pictures.
