Home computer, 1981, Commodore. The VC 20 is the German-market name of the VIC-20, marketed as an abbreviation of "VolksComputer" (the people's computer), because the original name sounded unfortunate in German. It is a PAL VIC-20 with a German manual and keyboard labels.
