Atari 1040 STe
Personal computer, 1989, Atari. The 1040STe is the enhanced version of the 1040STF, with an integrated floppy drive and power supply, a blitter chip, a palette extended to 4096 colours, hardware fine scrolling, two-channel 8-bit DMA sound and enhanced joystick ports for the Jaguar-style controllers. Memory is on SIMM modules and can be raised to 4 MB. It remained the mainstream ST until the Falcon.
