Laptop, 1991, Apple. The PowerBook 100 is the entry-level model of the first PowerBook generation, designed with Sony: the electronics of the Macintosh Portable in a much smaller case, with the trackball in front of the keyboard, a layout that became the standard for laptops; it has no internal floppy drive.
