Workstation, 1994, Sun Microsystems. The SPARCstation 20 is the last and most powerful of Sun's pizza-box SPARCstations, released in March 1994 with the SPARCstation 5. It takes one or two (up to four with dual modules) SuperSPARC or hyperSPARC processors on MBus modules, up to 512 MB of memory, and it was sold as a workstation for CAD and software development and as the SPARCserver 20. It was replaced in 1995 by the Ultra 1 with the 64-bit UltraSPARC.
