Amiga 1200 produced by Amiga Technologies, the company formed by Escom after buying the Commodore assets in 1995: the same machine as the Commodore Amiga 1200 with Kickstart 3.1 and AmigaOS 3.1, a different power supply and, on many units, a different floppy drive mechanism, bundled with the "Magic Pack" software.
