A3640 68040/25 Board for A3000/4000
Processor card, 1992, Commodore. The A3640 is the 68040 processor card at 25 MHz supplied with the Amiga 4000/040, the 3000T/040 and the 4000T, plugging into the CPU slot; it has no memory of its own and exists in revisions 3.0, 3.1 and 3.2, the last being the one free of known bugs. It can also upgrade an Amiga 3000 with the right Kickstart.
