Spectravideo SV 318

Home computer, 1983, Spectravideo. The SV-318 was Spectravideo's first computer, designed in Hong Kong around the same combination of Z80, TMS9918 video chip and AY-3-8910 sound chip that Microsoft was standardising as MSX; the machine was in fact the model for the MSX specification and is almost, but not completely, compatible with it. It has a rubber chiclet keyboard with a small built-in joystick in place of cursor keys, 16 KB of RAM plus 16 KB of video memory, and a cartridge slot; the SV-328 with a full keyboard and 64 KB followed shortly.
