Timex 16K Ram expansion for Timex Sinclair 1000

Memory expansion, 1982, Timex Sinclair. The Timex Sinclair 1016 is the 16 KB RAM pack for the Timex Sinclair 1000, the equivalent of the Sinclair ZX81 16K RAM pack: it plugs into the expansion connector at the back of the computer and raises its memory from 2 KB to 16 KB, which was necessary for almost all commercial programs. Like its British counterpart it is prone to the "RAM pack wobble" that crashed the machine when the connector moved.
