Personal computer, 1982, Olivetti. The M20 BC is the business configuration of the M20, the Z8001-based personal computer designed at Olivetti's Advanced Technology Center in Cupertino and styled by Ettore Sottsass. The hardware is that of the M20 line: a 16-bit processor with its own operating system PCOS, a bitmapped 512 x 256 display and two 5.25" floppy drives, in the same wedge-shaped case with a separate keyboard and a monitor on an adjustable arm. The line was replaced in 1984 by the IBM-compatible M24.
