The Emplant is a Zorro II card that, with a set of Macintosh ROMs, turns the Amiga into an Apple Macintosh II class computer running Mac OS at full speed, using the Amiga's own processor; it has two Apple-compatible serial ports, an optional SCSI controller and, later, a 586 module for PC emulation.
