Video game console, 1993, Atari. The Jaguar was Atari's last console, marketed as the first 64-bit system on the strength of its two custom RISC processors, "Tom" for graphics and "Jerry" for sound, coordinated by a 68000. The architecture proved hard to program, only about 60 games were released and Atari Corporation left the hardware business after its failure. The console was manufactured by IBM in Charlotte, North Carolina.
